Information We Collect
When you order from us, we collect your name, address, email address, phone number, and credit card number (with expiration date and CVV #). We also collect name, address, e-mail address, and phone number information for the person whoM products will be shipped to and we retain a record of your purchases.
Do We Use Cookies?

At IES , we use only session cookies. We do not use persistent cookies, which retain information from your previous visits.
Session cookies exist only for as long as your browser remains open. Once you exit your browser, they go away. For example, the Session ID cookie we ask your browser to hold retains your shopping cart information. How Do We Use Your Information?
We retain your billing/shipping name, address, phone, e-mail information for customer service / warranty purposes.
Your credit card number is not stored or retained. Only the credit card authorization #, the last 4 digits of your credit card, the CVV and expiry information are retained to help us better serve you in the event of a billing issue and/or refund.

International Ecological Systems, LTD is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shamash and Sons, Inc. Collected information is stored on S. Shamash and Sons, Inc. computer systems. Neither IES or Shamash and Sons share your information with any other entity.

Is My Information Secure?
IES is committed to efforts, which protect and maintain the security of information collected on our site. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Private customer information is located on a secured server behind a firewall; it is not directly connected to the Internet.
Encryption is a process by which a message or information is scrambled while it is in transit to IES . Provided you use a browser that allows for encryption, when you send personal information to us, your personal information is encrypted. If your information is intercepted during the transmission, it is scrambled and very difficult to decrypt.
